❌ Cancellation Policy

• Once the counselling or application process has started, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or official contact channels.
• Any cancellation after document submission is subject to review.

💰 Refund Policy

• Consultation fees, registration fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by embassies, universities, or government authorities.
• No refund will be provided once an offer letter or admission confirmation is issued.

⏳ Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

⚖️ Final Decision

DrMedix Global reserves the right to accept or reject any refund or cancellation request. All decisions made by management shall be final and binding.
